Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thomas Kinkade Studios artwork; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund. Please note that custom-framed items and limited edition releases must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure the Artwork

  Carefully repackage your art in its original shipping container with all protective inserts and the Certificate of Authenticity to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gallery team receives and inspects the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7 to 10 business days.
